1. Business Listing Terms

Compliance: We reserve the right to remove listings that violate our community guidelines or these Terms.
Accuracy: You are responsible for ensuring all listing details are truthful and up to date.
Disclaimer: Amanah Marketplace does not guarantee the accuracy of any listing. Users are encouraged to independently verify information.
Approval: We reserve the right to accept or reject any submitted listing.
Content Removal: We may remove listings that contain misleading, outdated, or false information.

2. User-Generated Content & Conduct

No Tolerance for Abuse: Users must not post objectionable, abusive, hateful, threatening, or otherwise inappropriate content. Such content will not be tolerated.
Filtering: Amanah Marketplace employs content filtering and moderation measures to help detect and limit objectionable material.
Reporting: Users can report objectionable content or abusive behavior directly within the app.
Blocking: Users may block other users who engage in abusive or unwanted behavior.
Developer Response: All reports of objectionable content will be reviewed within 24 hours, and we will remove the content and may suspend or eject the offending user’s account.
